The customer's bank account will show transaction declined and so does the merchant's processor so there is no reason to argue with the merchant or bank. Cash app will not charge you any additional fees when you make withdrawals from an atm. Got double charged and still declined.
This morning, i received a note from the client saying that his credit card was charged 14 times.
